Account Management Team Lead (for Baltic States, Poland, Balkan region)

Ensure the execution of the company’s business strategy by building and leading a newly established team focused on the Baltic States, the Balkan region, and Poland. Drive sales growth, effective process management, and long-term client portfolio development across the region, ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration and operational efficiency.

What can you expect your day to look like?

  • Ensure smooth process implementation and clear communication during periods of change.
  • Lead the execution of the sales strategy by organizing team work and ensuring efficiency.
  • Analyze the client portfolio and plan its long-term growth based on market conditions and profitability.
  • Coordinate regional balancing activities and ensure effective cross-functional communication with transport bases, planning and dispatch teams, and business development to optimize truck allocation, support new client onboarding, and identify market expansion and growth opportunities.
  • Identify risks, provide recommendations, and initiate necessary changes.
  • Ensure team collaboration and achievement of shared goals.
  • Cooperate with other departments to ensure strong collaboration and smooth processes. 

What do we expect from you?

  • At least 3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development; experience in logistics operations would be an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian, enabling effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High level of motivation and commitment to team results, with a strong achievement orientation.
  • Positive attitude, ability to identify business opportunities; proactive, flexible, and open to change and innovation.
  • Experience in logistics would be considered an advantage.

  • Base monthly salary: from 3630€ to 4540€ (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
