Transport Claims Specialist

About the role

Join our team as a Transport Claims Specialist, where you will investigate and process transport-related claims, analyze relevant documentation, and cooperate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and effective claim resolution. What we expect from you:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience in transport claims processing or the insurance industry is an advantage.

• Knowledge of insurance policies, claims evaluation, and coverage procedures.

• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management systems.

• Knowledge of relevant insurance laws and regulations is an advantage.

• Good command of spoken and written English and Russian.

What you will do:

• Manage accident-related calls, collect necessary information, and guide drivers through the reporting process.

• Monitor the Claims Mailbox, distribute cases, and ensure timely responses.

• Assess, investigate, and process transport-related insurance claims in line with company policies and legal requirements.

• Review insurance coverage, damage assessments, and repair estimates to determine appropriate settlements.

• Communicate with internal stakeholders, clients, insurers, and other relevant parties to resolve claims efficiently.

• Negotiate settlements and maintain accurate claims documentation and records.

• Provide team coverage during colleagues’ absences when required.

• Base monthly salary: From 2900 to 3300 GEL (before tax). The final offer will depend on the candidate's experience, competencies, and overall fit for the role.
