Your Responsibilities

Incident Support: Provide guidance to drivers during incidents, including collecting documents, photos, and essential information to resolve matters efficiently.

Incident Investigation: Investigate transport incidents, compile comprehensive reports, and assess claims in line with company policies and legal requirements.

Policy Analysis: Analyse insurance policies, evaluate claims, and negotiate settlements for fair and timely outcomes.

Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records using industry-leading software while upholding high standards of compliance and professionalism.

Effective Communication: Actively communicate with drivers, colleagues, and external stakeholders to ensure quick resolution of incidents and claims.

Prompt Communication: Respond promptly to calls and emails, ensuring all incident-related details are accurately logged in our system.
