Transport Claim Expert

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Claims Expert who will be responsible for handling insurance claims, assessing relevant documentation, and ensuring that claims are processed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, well-organised, and able to make informed decisions while maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. If you have experience in the insurance industry, strong analytical skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment, we would be happy to meet you!

What you will do:

• Review and assess transportation, traffic accident, damage, and loss claims.
• Investigate incidents, gather evidence, and determine liability.
• Collect, verify, and maintain claim-related documentation and records.
• Communicate and negotiate with insurers, lawyers, experts, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor claims and ensure timely and efficient resolution.
• Prepare reports and analyze claim trends and settlements.
• Identify opportunities to improve claims management processes.
• Support team members during absences and perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
