Technical Support Junior Specialist

Your Responsibilities

  • Calls on daily bases to drivers; 
  • Collect information from driver and dedicate if repair is necessary;
  • Creating repair related cases in system for internal and external workshop;
  • Control/advice driver about exploitation of trucks batteries
  • Emails to workshop throughout Europe.
  • Collecting information from drivers who are coming back to our internal base. Check if truck is under warranty and decide if repair should be done on internal or external workshop

  • Proficiency in English and Russian languages;
  • ​​​​​​Preferable knowledge of car or truck structure;
  • Quick orientation and ability to analyze and systematize information;
  • Adaptability to a constantly changing environment;
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong communication skills.
