Senior Data Analyst
About the role
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure data excellence and continuous process improvement within the SAP SuccessFactors (SF) system by maintaining data accuracy, optimizing reporting processes, and driving automation initiatives. The role is responsible for developing and maintaining standardized reports, dashboards, and analytics tools that provide stakeholders with valuable business insights. Additionally, this position delivers daily global support to SAP SuccessFactors users, resolves data and reporting-related issues, and promotes a data-driven culture across the organization through efficient and scalable solutions.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute people analytics strategy aligned with business priorities.
- Take Responsibility for the domain of HR data, collaborate with IT to define the strategy of data utilisation and structurisation.
- Develop standard reporting dashboard and self-service reporting tools, fostering culture of standardized approach
- Establish standard HR and talent KPIs.
- Support workforce planning with data driven decisions.
- Manage large datasets and implement standard processes.
- Utilize analytics technologies for reporting and visualization.
- Upgrade analytics platform to meet evolving needs and data privacy standards.
- Compile HR metrics and contribute to standard metric set development.
- Build efficient analytics network for standard reports.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and meet evolving data needs.
- Build up foundation for AI predictive analytics.
- Support communication efforts and enable data-savvy leaders
What we expect from you:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in analytics.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid experience in data analytics, workforce planning, HRIS, technology implementation, and change management.
- AI competency would be advantage.
- Familiarity with SAP or cloud-based people analytics software is desirable.
- Proficiency in SQL for data management and analysis.

Base Salary: 5350 - 6690 Gel Gross/Monthly. The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the requirements of the position. The final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience, competencies, and overall fit for the role.
