About The Role
We’re looking for a Process and Systems Analyst to join our global HRIS team and drive process excellence within SAP SuccessFactors
In this role, you’ll be the key link between business and technology - supporting global users, improving HR processes, and ensuring our SuccessFactors environment runs smoothly and efficiently.You’ll take ownership of process improvements, system documentation, and innovation initiatives, collaborating closely with IT, HR, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the best possible employee experience through technology.
This position is based in Tbilisi, Georgia, within Girteka Business Services (GBS) - a shared services center established in 2022 to support Girteka Group’s global expansion. By building a strong talent base in Georgia, GBS enhances Girteka’s operational capabilities across Europe and the Nordics
What can you expect your day to look like?
- Support global users in troubleshooting SAP SuccessFactors processes.
- Identify and drive improvements, from requirement gathering to implementation and testing.
- Ensure data accuracy and provide analytics to improve system performance
- Keep documentation up to date, including process maps, training materials, and BPMN workflows.
- Conduct testing activities (UAT) to ensure smooth deployment of new functionalities.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in meetings with IT and other partners.
- Collaborate with stakeholders globally to align system and process updates.
- Manage backlog and prioritize enhancements based on impact and business value.
- Support change management efforts during system updates and new feature rollouts.
What do we expect from you?
- University degree in a relevant field - HR Management, BA or Information Systems
- Work experience 2+ years in product development or HR management
- Understanding of end-to-end HR processes (hire-to-retire) is an advantage
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a strong plus
- Proven ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve HRIS issues
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across global teams
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, critical and analytical thinking, and fast learning skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written)

Base monthly salary: Base monthly salary from 4110 to 5140 GEL Gross. The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate's experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
