Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Office Operations and Events: Oversee and manage office activities, events, and daily operations to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Gather and Act on Employee Feedback: Collect insights from colleagues and take necessary actions to enhance the office environment.
  • Manage Office-Related Budgets and Financial Reporting: Plan, monitor, and report expenses, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial records.
  • Maintain Office Supplies and Equipment: Organize, order, and ensure an adequate inventory of office supplies and equipment.
  • Build and Manage Vendor Relationships: Liaise with vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement to optimize efficiency.
  • Refine Administrative Systems: Develop and implement procedures to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability.
  • Ensure Compliance and Safety Standards: Support a secure workplace by adhering to health, safety, and legal regulations.
  • Troubleshoot Office-Related Issues: Serve as the go-to person for resolving problems and maintaining a well-functioning office environment.

Our expectations

  • Higher education, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in office management or coordination with a solid understanding of administrative procedures and responsibilities.
  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
  • Exceptional communication and networking abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and skilled at building positive relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with office management systems is a plus.
  • B category driver’s license.

  • Base monthly salary: The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the requirements of the position. Remuneration and variable extras offered will be based on experience, competence and compliance with the other requirements for the position
