Office Administrator - Fixed-Term (Maternity Leave Cover)

This position is based in Tbilisi, Georgia, within Girteka Business Services (GBS) - a shared services center established in 2022 to support Girteka Group’s global expansion. By building a strong talent base in Georgia, GBS enhances Girteka’s operational capabilities across Europe and the Nordics.
About the role
Office Administrator is responsible for providing reliable support for the daily operations of the office to ensure efficient functioning. The role oversees office premises and infrastructure maintenance, contributes to process creation and improvement, whenever needed, and supports an excellent employee workplace experience
This position involves both general and clerical office organizational duties, including support to employee experience initiatives, e.g. office events, celebrations etc., as well as oversees office operations across the organization.
What we expect from you:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support.
- Coordinate office meetings, events, and workplace-related projects.
- Track office expenses, process invoices, and support month-end financial activities.
- Manage office supplies and ensure timely ordering of necessary items.
- Coordinate office maintenance and work with vendors to resolve facility issues..
- Handle office administration, employee inquiries, and manage office requests through Jira.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety requirements, and support other administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain relationships with office service providers and external vendors. Support procurement activities, coordinate timely deliveries, and assist with contract administration
What you will do:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in office administration, coordination, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Recent graduates with relevant office administration experience are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Experience with ERP systems, invoice processing, or procurement is a plus.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Base Monthly Salary: From 2600 to 3250 Gel (before tax). The final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience, competencies, and overall fit for the role
