Maintenance Advisor

Your Responsibilities

  • Administer vehicle-related documentation;
  • Communicate daily with drivers;
  • Gather info from drivers and determine if repairs are needed;
  • Create repair cases in our system for internal/external workshops;
  • Solve problems on the spot or plan external workshop solutions;
  • Coordinate with workshops across Europe via calls/emails.

Our expectations

  • Proficient in English and Russian;
  • Previous experience in transport or related fields (e.g., mechanics, service manager, sales specialist for vehicle parts);
  • Knowledge of car/truck structures;
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
