Junior SAP Consultant

Main Purpose of the Job

Girteka Business Services (GBS) - shared services organization in Georgia, Tbilisi - was established in 2022 with a strategic goal to hire local talent to meet the Girteka Group’s business growth need internationally. We believe extended talent pool in Georgia will allow Girteka to increase its operational capabilities in Europe, Nordics and internationally.

At Girteka Logistics, we are improving our business processes with advanced SAP solutions, including SAP S/4 HANA (covering TM, EM, SD, MM, FI/CO, VMS, EAM, and more), SAP Data Warehouse Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP SuccessFactors. 

We are looking for a Junior SAP Consultant (Operations) to support SAP users and help improve system efficiency especially in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). If you enjoy problem-solving and working in a dynamic environment, this role is for you!

Your Responsibilities

• Help users solve SAP-related issues and answer their questions.

• Assist in system improvements and ensure smooth workflows.

• Work with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) to enhance processes.

• Identify recurring problems and suggest solutions.

• Cooperate with business teams and IT specialists to improve system usage.

• Ensure data accuracy and support users in entering correct information.

• A degree in IT, Business, Data Science, or a related field.

• Experience with software projects (university or work-related).

• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

• Experience with SAP (especially SAP Sales and Distribution) is a plus.

• Knowledge of ITIL principles is an advantage.

• Base monthly salary: The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the requirements of the position. Remuneration and variable extras offered will be based on experience, competence and compliance with the other requirements for the position.
