HR Administration Specialist

Main Purpose of the Job

We are looking for a driven and proactive HR Administration Specialist to join our team in Tbilisi, Georgia. In this role, you'll handle P&C administration for countries including the Netherlands, Spain, the Nordics, Lithuania, and others where Girteka is active, all while supporting our exciting growth plans. You’ll be joining a close-knit team that works seamlessly across borders, particularly between Lithuania and Georgia, as we share a unified administration team.  As GBS is rapidly growing across various business units, this role will suit to someone who loves to work in fast-paced, dynamic work environment, and is capable to deliver effective, personable services to businesses to help drive the business growth forward through its rising talents. 

Your Responsibilities

  • Administrative Excellence: Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure the effective delivery of the People & Culture (P&C) agenda.
  • Data Management: Administer HR data entry in management systems, prepare employment documents, and ensure data quality and compliance with Georgian labor laws and Girteka Group’s policies.
  • Document Management: Oversee employment-related documents to ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Time Management: Control and manage time-related aspects, such as job changes, leave, and absences.
  • Organizational Administration: Manage the organizational structure and employee data within HR management systems.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Provide information to authorities as needed and handle labor law-related orders/decrees.
  • International Employment: Manage employment data and processes for foreign employees in accordance with applicable legislation.

Our expectations

  • Bachelor’s degree required or currently a final-year student
  • Experience in P&C administration and a foundational understanding of core HR areas.
  • Understanding of Georgian labor law and key HR concepts.
  • Fluent in English; Another foreign language is an advantage.
  • Attention to details.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Problems solving and communication skills.

  • Base monthly salary: The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the requirements of the position. Remuneration and variable extras offered will be based on experience, competence and compliance with the other requirements for the position.
