Main Purpose of the Job

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented leader to join our team as a Cutsomer Care Specialist (Logistics Operations). In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer orders end-to-end, communicating updates, resolving issues and ensuring accurate processing while maintaining strong client relationships and supporting operational efficiency. 

 

This position is based in Tbilisi, Georgia, within Girteka Business Services (GBS) - a shared services center established in 2022 to support Girteka Group’s global expansion. By building a strong talent base in Georgia, GBS enhances Girteka’s operational capabilities across Europe and the Nordics. As part of this fast-growing organization, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and strengthening our customer service strategy.

What can you expect your day to look like?

  •  Receive and process customer orders accurately, from initiation to delivery.
  •  Input all relevant order information into internal systems in a timely and precise manner.
  •  Monitor order status and proactively communicate shipping and delivery updates to clients.
  •  Track payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and take steps to minimize overdue debt.
  •  Ensure proper receipt and processing of demurrages, investigate root causes, and implement preventive measures.
  •  Analyze operational challenges, propose corrective actions, and work toward long-term solutions.
  •  Actively suggest ways to enhance customer care processes and improve service quality

What do we expect from you?

  • Fluency in English and Spanish languages: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and in Spanish are essential.
  • Experience in Logistics (Preferred): Prior experience in a logistics or transportation environment is considered an advantage.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy and precision in a fast-paced work setting.
  • Strong Teamwork and Collaboration Skills: Willingness to work closely with others to solve problems and achieve goals.
  • Proactive Communication and Problem-Solving: Confidence in identifying issues and proposing practical, customer-focused solution

  • Base monthly salary: 3290 - 3850 GEL Gross. The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the requirements of the position.
