Customer Care Expert

Main Purpose of the Job

An entry-level professional in the Technical area. Uses professional concepts to resolve problems of limited scope and complexity. Limited or no prior experience in this role.

What can you expect your day to look like?

  • Initiate and execute customer orders, accurately entering all order data into the systems;
  • Analyze customer Key Performance Indicators (KP|s) data to identify areas for improvement and implement preventive actions;
  • Manage damages, analyze causes, and work to minimize costs and prevent repeated damages;
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure the progress of transportation is communicated effectively and problems are resolved;
  • Administrate additional costs incurred during transportation;
  • Participate proactively in process improvement projects and strategic initiatives;
  • Coordinate order execution with various departments and units within the company, including travel planning, transport, and expedition;
  • Handle downtime, ensuring timely receipt and payment and initiating preventive actions;
  • Support colleagues in complicated cases and handle complex situations;
  • Substituting colleagues when necessary;
  • Assist in training new team members and ensure a smooth induction process;
  • Assist the Team Lead with their daily responsibilities and act as a substitute when needed;
  • Comply with lawful instructions and perform other non-permanent tasks as assigned.

What do we expect from you?

  • Work experience in a role related to order coordination;
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer care at Girteka
  • Demonstrated ability to train others, with positive feedback from new team members;
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Initiative, adaptability to change, and a constant desire to improve;
  • Excellent attention to detail and responsibility;
  • Strong time management and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions;
  • Good team collaboration skills;
  • Capability to substitute for your direct manager when required
