Credit Risk Assistant (Part-Time)
Main Purpose of the Job
Executes support to inbound callers, handling queries or closing sales. May use standard scripts and follow specific guidelines and procedures. Understands when to seek help and/or escalate to a more senior role. Typically requires full familiarity with the call center systems and thorough knowledge of the products and services.
What can you expect your day to look like?
- Manage Overdue Invoices: Track assigned customers' accounts, identify outstanding debts, and plan effective strategies for debt recovery.
- Contact Debtors: Reach out to debtors via phone to inquire about payment status, negotiate payment plans, and discuss settlements.
- Negotiate Payments: Work with debtors to establish manageable payment schedules, ensuring mutually agreed-upon deadlines.
- Handle Inquiries: Resolve claims, disputes, and customer complaints, and redirect issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
- Maintain Records: Document all collection activities accurately and update account statuses on a regular basis.
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines in the collection process.
What do we expect from you?
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Previous experience in debt collection or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills are essential to engage with debtors effectively.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple accounts and maintain accurate records.

Base monthly salary: from 2370 to 2960 GEL Gross/monthly. The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
