Main Purpose of the Job
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented leader to join our team as a Bookkeeper. In this role, you will be responsible for registering and verifying CMRs and related documents in the Axapta system, resolving discrepancies with internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate processing and preparing and emailing required documents to the client.
This position is based in Tbilisi, Georgia, within Girteka Business Services (GBS) - a shared services center established in 2022 to support Girteka Group’s global expansion. By building a strong talent base in Georgia, GBS enhances Girteka’s operational capabilities across Europe and the Nordics. As part of this fast-growing organization, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and strengthening our customer service strategy.
What can you expect your day to look like?
- Accurately register CMRs and other documents into the Axapta system, ensuring all relevant information is correctly entered and documented.
- Check CMRs against supporting documentation and internal policies.
- Liaise with internal departments as needed to resolve discrepancies or obtain missing information related to CMRs.
- Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines for CMR registration and submission, ensuring timely processing and compliance with client requirements.
- Prepare all necessary documents for the client and send them by email.
What do we expect from you?
- Education in the fields of finance/accounting/economics;
- Good knowledge of the English;
- Good computer skills, MS Office, Microsoft Dynamics AX program is an advantage;
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment;
- Good communication skills;

- Base monthly salary: 2400 - 2850 GEL Gross. The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the requirements of the position. Remuneration and variable extras offered will be based on experience, competence and compliance with the other requirements for the position.
