Bookkeeper

We are currently looking for Bookkeeper to join our team.

Working hours – 09:00-18:00

Workplace – on site (Tbilisi, Georgia)

Your Responsibilities:

• Check departure/arrival garage documents with mileage sheets;
• Based on mileage sheets or telematics, provided by drivers, add kilometres to the program;
• Manage drivers expenses and import all expenses into the system according to accounting requirements (for VAT deduction/or not);
• Imports travel days into the system;
• Archive reports according to procedures;
• Perform tasks assigned by the manager;
• Follows company values ​​in daily work and communication.

What do we expect from you?

• Education in the fields of finance/accounting/economics;
• Good knowledge of English language;
• Good computer skills, MS Office, Microsoft Dynamics AX program is an advantage;
• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment;
• Good communication skills;
• Ability to work is fast phase environment.

Base monthly salary: 2200 - 2850 GEL Gross. The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the requirements of the position.
