Bookkeeper

Your Responsibilities

• Check departure/arrival garage documents with mileage sheets
• Based on mileage sheets or telematics, provided by drivers, add kilometres to the program
• Manage drivers expenses and import all expenses into the system according to accounting requirements (for VAT deduction/or not)
• Imports travel days into the system
• Archive reports according to procedures
• Perform tasks assigned by the manager
• Follows company values ​​in daily work and communication

• Education in the fields of finance/accounting/economics - desirable
• Good knowledge of English
• Good computer skills, MS Office, Microsoft Dynamics AX program is an advantage
• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work is fast phase environment

Base monthly salary: The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the requirements of the position.
