AP Accountant

What can you expect your day to look like?

• Process incoming vendor invoices with precision and attention to detail.
• Ensure vendors are paid accurately and on time, maintaining strong relationships.
• Maintain vendor records and resolve any discrepancies efficiently.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to meet performance and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers to address queries and concerns.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders across departments.
• Participate in period end closing activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Drive continuous improvements in AP processes to enhance efficiency.
• Assist in various analyses, initiatives, and ad hoc projects as needed.
• Execute additional tasks delegated by the Team Lead or Line Manager

What do we expect from you?

• Education in finance, economics, accounting, or business administration.
• +2 years of experience in a similar Accounting and Finance role.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with Axapta or SAP is advantageous.
• Ability to adapt quickly and handle large data flows efficiently.
• Strong analytical thinking, responsibility, and flexibility.
• Eagerness to learn and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.

Base monthly salary

3290 - 3880 GEL Gross. The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the requirements of the position. The final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience, competencies, and overall fit for the role.
