We are looking for an experienced and strategic thinking Global Process Owner (GPO) who will be reporting to Chief Transport Officer of Girteka Group. Role includes leadership, development, implementation and management of key business processes, in such functions as drivers’ recruitment, trainings & full employee life cycle, trucks’ maintenance and preparation for sales, etc. that align with our organization's objectives and 2028 strategic value growth vision. This key role will drive strategic transformations in transport by focusing on efficiency, quality and costs management, contributing to an improvement of at least 30% in effectiveness across the group, and facilitating transformational change across our business operations.
Your Responsibilities
- Process Strategy Development: develop and execute a clear transport processes strategy that aligns with organizational objectives and enhances operational efficiency.
- End-to-End Process Ownership: take ownership of end-to-end processes in the Transport business unit, from design to execution, ensuring alignment with business unit needs and overarching corporate strategy.
- Collaborative Leadership: work collaboratively with other Global Process Owners (GPOs), functional heads, and business unit leaders to craft a unified roadmap for comprehensive process management.
- Transformational Change: drive continuous improvement initiatives and transformative projects to optimize processes and achieve operational excellence.
- Governance and Compliance: establish robust governance frameworks to ensure adherence to process standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement: effectively engage and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization to foster buy-in and support for process improvement initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring: implement metrics and KPIs to monitor process performance, identify areas for enhancement, and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Technology Integration: collaborate with IT and other support functions to integrate new technologies and digital solutions that enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leadership: lead the Global Process team, providing direction, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability, while driving the team's professional growth and development.
Our expectations
- Experience: minimum of 6 years of experience in process management, with a proven track record of success in leading global process improvement initiatives.
- Leadership: strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strategic Vision: visionary mindset with the ability to align process improvements with long-term organizational goals and aspirations.
- Collaboration: excellent collaboration and communication skills, fluent English, Russian an advantage. Capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across geographical locations.
- Analytical Skills: strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, adept at leveraging data and insights to drive process optimization and decision-making.
- Education: bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Advanced certifications in process management (e.g., BPMN, Lean Six Sigma) are preferred.

Base monthly salary: from €8150 to €10190 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the position's requirements.
