Sales Administrator

What can you expect your day to look like?

  • Preparation of sales documents (contracts, proforma invoices, acceptance protocols) for Sales Specialists;

  • Cooperation with leasing companies as part of sales services – sending documents needed for vehicle registration, sending specifications or photos of vehicles;

  • Preparing documentation for vehicle registration and registering vehicles at the Department of Communications;

  • Cooperation with the Accounting Department – ​​commissioning the issuance of invoices, completing and sending sales documentation after the customer receives the vehicle;

  • Support in current administrative tasks and cooperation with other company departments, both in Poland and abroad.

  • Support in handling export sales, including preparing documentation for customs clearance and registering vehicles with export plates.

What do we expect from you?

  • Communicative knowledge of English;

  • Driving license category B (Would be an advantage) 

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Word and Excel);

  • Secondary or higher education;

  • The ability to think logically.

  • Independence, accuracy and very good organization of work;

  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally.

  • Salary and Bonuses: from 6240 to 7000 PLN (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate’s experience, competencies, and suitability for the position.
