Transport resources manager

Main Purpose of the Job

The Transport resources specialist is responsible for preparing drivers and vehicles for departure, ensuring all required documentation and resources are in place before dispatch, and receiving drivers upon return. The role does not include in-transit driver supervision or route management. 

What can you expect your day to look like?

• Assign drivers and vehicles to scheduled trips
• Prepare and verify transport documentation before departure
• Conduct pre-dispatch checks
• Release drivers for scheduled trips
• Receive drivers upon return and collect documentation
• Verify trip completion records and mileage
• Report any discrepancies, delays or technical issues
• Coordinate with maintenance and planning departments
• Update internal systems with trip data

What do we expect from you?

• Experience in transport/logistics operations (1–3 years preferred)

• Basic knowledge of transport documentation

• Good organizational skills

• Basic proficiency in MS Office

• Russian language is required (minimum communicative level)

• English language would be an advantage

• Ability to work under time pressure

• Clear communication skills

Base monthly salary: 6100 PLN brutto (gross)
