Transport Manager

About the role

Monitors and controls the transportation and distribution of products to meet business needs while maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs. Manages daily logistics operations and administrative activities, evaluates transportation options, determines the optimal number of trucks and containers required for scheduled shipments, and continuously reviews and improves processes related to product distribution, cargo planning, and storage.

What we expect from you:

• Planning international transport routes and managing vehicle movement.
• Coordinating the assigned vehicle fleet, organizing cargo allocation to vehicles, and updating information.
• Organizing and overseeing the work of long-haul drivers.
• Administering transport and route-related documentation.
• Collaborating with colleagues and drivers to resolve issues arising during cargo transportation.

What you will do:

• Higher education (college degree or above)
• Experience in transport logistics is a strong advantage.
• Ability to efficiently organize work and solve problems promptly.
• Strong analytical thinking, ability to manage large volumes of information, and quick decision-making.
• Excellent knowledge of English and Russian.
• Understanding of the transport and logistics industry.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Base monthly salary: From 7 500 to 8 000 zł Gross/monthly. A quarterly performance-based bonus is available after the probation period, depending on individual and company results. The final offer will depend on the cadnidate's experience, competencies and overall fir for the role
