About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist(Part-time) is responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment for Administrative roles while acting as a strategic advisor to the business. This role partners closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent, provide market insights, and support workforce planning in a fast-paced, growing environment. 

What we expect from you:

  • Own and drive end-to-end recruitment.Ensuring timely delivery and high-quality hires.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, talent availability data, and strategic recruitment recommendations.
  • Proactively build and manage strong talent pipelines across business functions.
  • Leverage diverse sourcing channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, niche communities, and industry events.
  • Ensure a transparent, professional, and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.
  • Partner closely with business leaders on workforce planning, role definition, competency frameworks, and assessment approaches.
  • Use ATS data and recruitment analytics to track performance, optimize processes, and continuously improve efficiency and scalability.

What you will do:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with a strong focus on Administrative back office and operations roles.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing, assessing, and hiring in all levels.
  • Solid understanding of local/international talent markets.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, advise, and partner with business leaders.
  • Proficiency in English and Russian.
  • Polish native speaker.

Base monthly salary: From 7 500 to 8 000 zł Gross/monthly. A quarterly performance-based bonus is available after the probation period, depending on individual and company results. The final offer will depend on the cadnidate's experience, competencies and overall fir for the role
