Shift Coordinator

Main Purpose of the Job

Ensure efficient organization of the service drivers’ work, plan workload, and coordinate timely movement of vehicles between the service center and parking areas to maintain smooth daily operations.

What can you expect your day to look like?

Plan the service workload and assign tasks to drivers.

Monitor and coordinate timely movement of vehicles into and out of the service center.

Maintain effective communication with service advisors, administrators, and drivers regarding daily tasks.

Track driver schedules, workload, and overall efficiency.

Keep accurate records of vehicle movements and driver activities.

Handle day-to-day organizational and operational issues as they arise.

What do we expect from you?

Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple drivers simultaneously.

Responsibility, attention to detail, and strong time-management abilities.

Quick decision-making and ability to act efficiently in dynamic situations.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Experience in logistics, fleet coordination, or service operations is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of documentation procedures and proficiency with office software.
