People and Culture Business Partner

About the role

The Mid-Level HR Business Partner supports the HR function by managing key HR processes and projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals. This role involves overseeing compliance with policies, enhancing employee engagement, and addressing complex HR issues. The HRBP collaborates with leadership to implement effective HR practices and uses data insights to improve talent management and organizational performance. This position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to influence and support employees and middle level management in achieving business objectives

What you will do:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to Team and Division Managers, aligning human resources practices with the business objectives of a transport company.
  • Partnering with HR Competence Center to develop and implement HR processes, including performance management, employee engagement, talent management, and development initiatives tailored specifically to administrative, transport, and maintenance employees.
  • Fostering a strong company culture that promotes core values and supports employees across multiple locations and geographies.
  • Actively participating in change management initiatives related to organizational restructuring and business transformation.
  • Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective recruitment strategies.
  • Analyzing HR metrics to provide insights that support business decisions and enhance employee performance.

What we expect from you:

  • At least 2 years of successful experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role supporting business leaders.
  • Comfortable advising and influencing leaders and diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Skilled in using HR analytics and metrics to deliver insights and recommendations that improve business outcomes.
  • Expertise across core HR disciplines, including talent management, performance management, employee relations, labour relations and HR operations.
  • Eager to implement innovative ideas, based on future HR trends and the best practices.
  • Good English and Russian language skills (written and spoken).

Base monthly salary: From 12740 to 15920 PL (before tax). The final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience, competencies, and overall fit for the role.
