IT Engineer
About the role
What you will do:
- Ensures smooth IT operations and prompt, effective end-user support, driving high user satisfaction.
- Performs initial fault isolation and proposes resolutions for approval by senior staff.
- Follows defined procedures and escalation paths to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Provides hardware, software, and end-user support for unresolved issues, aligned with documented procedures and SLAs.
- Manages Incidents and Service Requests in line with ITIL best practices, ensuring proper documentation for future use.
- Maintains high customer service standards and adheres to service management principles.
- Escalates unresolved issues to 2nd line support and follows up with responsible teams.
- Requests root cause analysis (RCA) where applicable.
- Supports new employee onboarding with workstation setup and basic IT training.
- Tracks IT assets (hardware/software) for accurate inventory control.
- Complies with lawful administrative instructions as required.
What we expect from you:

Junior-to-Mid-level IT Support Engineer with around 1 year of experience in end-user support, troubleshooting, and enterprise IT environments.

Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, ensuring fast and effective issue resolution.

Experience with Windows OS, Active Directory (user/security group management), and GPO.

Skilled in Incident Management, including business communication and expectation handling.

Strong diagnostic and analytical skills for software/application support.

Proficient in Windows 10, MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Project).

Solid knowledge of Outlook in network environments (permissions, calendar sharing, delegation).

Works independently and guides others, applying in-depth knowledge of relevant laws and policies.

Experienced with VOIP applications.

Familiar with ticketing systems such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar.

Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills in English and Russian.

Makes timely, effective decisions; recognized for sound judgment and trusted for guidance.

Base monthly salary
From 7,150 to 8,930 zl (before tax). The final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience, competencies, and overall fit for the role.
