Main Purpose of the Job
Develop and implement programs to prevent environmental issues, injuries, and health impairment.
What can you expect your day to look like?
- 
Develop, implement, and continuously improve health and safety (HSE/BHP) policies, procedures, and instructions in line with Polish legal requirements and company standards. 
- 
Deliver onboarding and periodic HSE training for employees at all organizational levels, fostering a strong safety culture across the organization. 
- 
Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations through regular inspections and occupational risk assessments. 
- 
Support management and employees in maintaining safe working conditions and promoting awareness of HSE principles. 
- 
Assess and evaluate workplaces to ensure compliance with local legislation and corporate standards. 
- 
Conduct ergonomic evaluations and propose improvements to enhance employee well-being and productivity. 
- 
Lead investigations into workplace accidents and occupational illnesses, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions. 
- 
Prepare reports, follow up on action plans, and ensure timely implementation of improvement measures. 
- 
Conduct internal HSE audits and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S and KAIZEN. 
- 
Act as an ambassador of safety culture, engaging and educating employees across all sites in Poland. 
What do we expect from you?
- 
Higher education in Occupational Health and Safety (BHP) or postgraduate studies in this field (in accordance with Polish HSE regulations). 
- 
Good knowledge of Polish health and safety legal requirements. 
- 
Ability to work independently and manage tasks under minimal supervision. 
- 
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines and achieve objectives. 
- 
Valid periodic training for HSE professionals (as required by Polish law).
