Driver Trainer

Main Purpose of the Job

Improve the professional skills of company drivers by providing training in safe, efficient, and compliant driving practices, ensuring adherence to corporate standards and transportation regulations.

What can you expect your day to look like?

Conduct onboarding and induction training for new drivers.

Organize and deliver practical sessions on safe and fuel-efficient driving techniques.

Monitor driver performance and compliance with company policies, traffic regulations, and safety requirements.

Assess driver knowledge and skills through tests and practical evaluations.

Analyze driving incidents and provide feedback and corrective training to prevent reoccurrence.

Contribute to the development and improvement of driver training programs.

Maintain accurate training records and documentation.

What do we expect from you?

Proven experience as a professional driver or driving instructor, preferably in logistics or freight transport.

Strong knowledge of traffic laws, defensive driving, and eco-driving principles.

Excellent communication and coaching skills with the ability to train and motivate others.

Fluency in spoken English and Russian.

High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and stress tolerance.

Basic computer literacy and ability to manage training documentation.

Valid driver’s license for the vehicle categories operated by the company.
