Document Management Process Specialist
Main Purpose of the Job
Implement and administer enterprise-wide document management systems and related procedures that allow organizations to capture, store, retrieve, share, and destroy electronic records and documents.
What can you expect your day to look like?
- Archiving lease agreements and orders – both in paper and electronic form;
- Assisting in the preparation of vehicle handover protocols and sending them to the appropriate leasing provider;
- Preparing document folders for drivers – collecting and verifying the accuracy of all required vehicle documents;
- Registering new vehicles, including preparing and completing registration documents, submitting them, and collecting documents and license plates from the District Office;
- Cooperating with the District Office and other authorities regarding vehicle registration, transport tax, and other vehicle-related matters;
- Verifying the accuracy of CMR documents and completing missing data if necessary;
- Receiving correspondence and forwarding scanned documents to the appropriate departments;
- Supporting ongoing administrative tasks and collaborating with other departments, both in Poland and internationally;
- Deregistering vehicles, renewing registrations, and updating other vehicle-related data when needed;
- Covering for employees during vacation or sick leave;
- Preparing reports for the Supervisor.
What do we expect from you?
- Higher education (university degree);
- At least 3 years of experience in administrative/office work;
- Communicative level of English;
- Very good knowledge of MS Office;
- Category B driving license;
- Accuracy, diligence, good work organization, and ability to work independently;
- Knowledge of Russian will be an additional advantage;
- Experience in the transport industry is a plus.

Base monthly salary: from 6560 to 8190 zł (before tax)/monthly. The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
