Main Purpose of the Job

We are looking for a driven and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The role is based in Georgia, Tbilisi. GBS is experiencing rapid growth across various business units. This position is ideally suited for individual who loves to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments and possess the ability to provide effective, personable services to help in driving the business growth forward through its rising talents.

Girteka Business Services (GBS) - shared services organization in Georgia, Tbilisi - was established in 2022 with a strategic goal to hire local talent to meet the Girteka Group’s business growth need internationally. We believe extended talent pool in Georgia will allow Girteka to increase its operational capabilities in Europe, Nordics and internationally.

What can you expect your day to look like?

  • Lead the Recruitment Cycle: Take ownership of assigned positions, ensuring timely delivery of recruitment targets while maintaining a high-quality process and excellent candidate experience.
  • Proactive Talent Sourcing: Use diverse sourcing channels—including job boards, social media, referrals, and industry events—to attract top talent, with a strong emphasis on IT professionals.
  • Deliver Exceptional Candidate Experience: Ensure that every candidate enjoys a professional, transparent, and positive recruitment journey.
  • Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent Girteka at career fairs, recruitment events, and networking opportunities, strengthening our employer brand and building lasting connections with talent.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with hiring managers and People & Culture colleagues to understand hiring needs, provide expert insights on the talent market, and guide decisions throughout the process.
  • Manage Talent Pools: Build, maintain, and engage with candidate pipelines to meet both current and future recruitment needs.
  • Ensure Process Efficiency: Drive efficient recruitment practices by leveraging our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and tracking key recruitment metrics.

What do we expect from you?

  • Educational Background: Higher education, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Talent Acquisition Experience: Minimum 2 year of proven track record in corporate recruitment with experience in IT hiring.
  • Recruitment Expertise: Solid understanding of sourcing techniques, selection practices and hiring methodologies.
  • End-to-End Skills: Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, managing recruitment independently.
  • Communication & Networking: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking abilities to engage with both candidates and hiring managers effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and proactive mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Nice to Have: Experience recruiting SAP roles, especially SAP Consultants.
