Tax Manager

 

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Tax Manager to join our team.  As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing tax-saving strategies as well as establishing transfer pricing policies that meet our business needs and comply with tax requirements. The successful candidate will have a strong background in tax law and regulations, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex tax concepts to both internal and external stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tax-saving strategies to minimize the company's tax liability while maximizing cash flow and shareholder value.
  • Ensure proper documentation of pricing to comply with all relevant compliance requirements. Regularly review and update pricing policies to ensure their effectiveness.
  • Implement effective controls and monitoring systems to ensure compliance with tax regulations. Coordinate internal audits and reviews.
  • Collaborate with external tax advisors and auditors to ensure timely completion of tax audits and examinations. This includes preparing necessary supporting documentation and responses to inquiries.
  • Provide guidance and expertise to other departments within the company regarding the tax implications of various business transactions. This includes mergers and acquisitions, investments, and restructuring activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as finance and legal departments, to identify and implement tax-efficient strategies that support the company's overall business objectives.
  • Review and interpret financial data to identify potential tax compliance issues, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on current tax developments, trends, and best practices through continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Our Expectations

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of tax experience in corporate income/indirect taxes with a focus on transfer pricing, VAT or similar taxes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (C2 level).
