Pricing Project Manager

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact between One Girteka and Thermo-Transit for RFQ (Requests for Quotation) including tenders, mini tenders, small projects, spot offers, etc. 
• Gather and organize incoming RFQ, ensuring all necessary information is complete.
• Create spot pricing lists to share with the sales team.
• Monitor and calculate fuel surcharges for current clients.
• Upload contract agreements into the Transport Management System.
• Manage small and medium-scale projects. 

Our expectations

• English Language proficiency at B2 level. 
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent. 
• Proficiency in using order management systems, software, and other relevant tools. 
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
• Ability to work well in teams and independently. 
• Familiarity with transportation regulations and industry-specific knowledge (e.g., logistics, routes, etc.).
