Bookkeeper Team Lead

Your Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to a team of 8 direct reports.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, and provide ongoing feedback to team members to drive performance and professional development.
• Oversee the entire accounts receivable process, including invoicing, billing, and ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.
• Develop and implement best practices, policies, and procedures for accounts receivable operations to optimize cash flow and minimize delinquencies.
• Monitor aging reports and collections efforts, identifying areas for improvement and taking proactive measures to address overdue accounts.
• Act as a point of contact for escalated customer inquiries, disputes, and payment issues, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in accounts receivable management in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
